Fox Run is located 5 minutes from Marist, 10 minutes from CIA, and 20 minutes from Vasser.

Each private bedroom includes a queen high-rise bed, two dressers, a desk, chair, and closet. Every resident also has their own personal private bathroom attached to their unit that is not shared with roommates!

Fox Run has two student lounges, multiple study rooms, a roof-top Sky Lounge, a pergola, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

During your application process, there will be a section that will allow you to submit your living needs. This allows us to get to know each resident better and helps with our Roommate Matching system. We are able to take this info and match you with roommates that have similar preferences to you!

Yes! We have two gates located on both sides of the property.

Yes! We have security every day from 9pm to 6am.

We do have a decent amount of parking spaces, but all parking is first come first served and you will need a pass to park in our lot. During the application process, there is a section to register your vehicle with the property. Once it has been registered, you can just stop by the office to pick up your pass!
